- Bedroom 4 (2 twin bunk beds) does not have access to a bathroom without going outside and back inside to the main area of the house
- The seasonal pool is open from early May to late September, and serviced typically on Tuesday & Friday depending on the weather. Please reach out before booking if you are unsure if it is open
- The property does have cell phone service and limited WiFi, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area. Please check with your provider to confirm your service quality
- The detached garage is not available for guests to use
- The pool/game room does not have heat or air conditioning. After the pool is closed at the end of September, the water to the sink may be shut off depending on the temperature
- A boat is not provided, but guests can bring or rent their own to use the private dock

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the front entrance, camera 2 faces towards the pool house, camera 3 is on the garage facing the driveway, and camera 4 is on the garage facing the creek. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras only record video and sound when there are no guests at the property. Please do not touch the security cameras
