There is reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling throughout the entire home. There are also ceiling fans in each bedroom.

All five bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.
The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a delicious cheese platter. Don't forget to bring your fury friend along so they can join in on the fun too!

Here you will be able to forget your car and walk to some of Orange's best cafe's, bars, restaurants, parks and shopping such as Cook Park, Birdie Noshery, Ferment Wine Bar, Union Bank Bar, Byng Street Cafe and Hatted restaurant Lolli Redinis.
Within 2 blocks you'll find Duntry League Golf Course and Orange Ex-Services Club with the Greenhouse of Orange Roof Top Bar and Restaurant.
Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.
