On the ground floor, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds along with a newly renovated bathroom featuring a shower, WC, washbasin, radio, and the luxury of underfloor heating. A sauna with hygrometer invites you to unwind after beach walks or cycling adventures, and from both the hallway and bedrooms you can step directly onto the terrace to enjoy fresh sea air. Upstairs, the heart of the home awaits: a combined kitchen and living room filled with light and modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, and both capsule and filter coffee machines perfect for every morning routine. The adjoining lounge offers a double lounger, flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player, DVD and CD options, stereo system, MP3 connection, Bluetooth, and a cosy bioethanol fireplace for evenings of warmth and togetherness.
