* Downtown Bradenton (1.1 miles) - Indoor and outdoor fun! Check out the history museum, aquarium and planetarium. There is also a performing arts center if you want to check the schedule. Health enthusiasts can stock the fridge with goodies from the Downtown Bradenton Farmer's Market. Walk your dog at lush park that is alongside the Manatee River.
* The Manatee River's Pier 22 (1.5 miles)-Stroll on the historic Memorial Pier for indoor/outdoor dining on the riverside terrace. Choose from the small plates, pizza, sushi, and more.

* For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front garage and side garage) but no inside camera to ensure our guest's privacy. Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels
* Single level only, no stairs
* MAX adults allowed in this home is 10
* Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. No street parking is available.
Furry friends:
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house trained, vaccinated
- Must be completely cleaned up after
- Leashed at all times when not in the fenced area
- Crated indoors when not home w/ pet
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made
- Not allowed on the furniture, bedding, or inside the pool/hot tub
* The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
* Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased, Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however, if air temps drop below 60 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
* For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest/night.
