This gorgeous dream home is in the heart of beautiful Scottsdale / Kierland, boasts 3,800 square feet, six bedrooms and four bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), and can easily accommodate up to 20+ guests (5 king beds, 3 full beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa sleeper, plus a bean bag that becomes a queen bed).
Completely remodeled inside and out, this property includes all the luxury amenities you would expect from a home of this stature. The entry is expansive with its vaulted ceilings, where you will then find all new flooring, appliances, furniture and bedding for true comfort and a gorgeous décor.
Living Room: Comfortable and enormous sectional, a 75” HD Smart TV, complete with Sonos Soundbar and premium cable programming, a Blu-Ray DVD player and Apple TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped and features new stainless steel appliances, and all the supplies and utensils needed for the chef (or chefs!) in your group. You'll love the granite counters and island with bar seating. Enjoy those delicious meals and snacks at the kitchen bar or at the breakfast nook table.
Dining area: Seating for up to sixteen at the large dining room table.

Bedroom 4 (upper floor)- King size beds and 50” HD Smart TV with full shared bath access.
Bedroom 5 (upper floor)- Triple twin bunk beds, triple full bunk beds, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle, 46” HD Smart TV with premium channels, Xbox One and PS4 gaming systems, and a Blu-Ray DVD player—all for their enjoyment after a full day of outdoor activities. Full shared bath access
Bedroom 6 (main floor)- King bed with access to full shared bathroom on upper level and the main level half bathroom, plus access to outdoor shower.

Hot Tub: Yes private
Pool: Yes, private pool. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. No pool heating is needed June 1-September 30. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. Pool has a deep end of 9' and includes a diving board.
Outdoor Shower: Large tile outdoor shower just added on the side of the house.
Outdoor Fire-pit: Yes, relax and enjoy some conversation on the cooler evenings.
BBQ: Yes, enjoy some grilled favorites in the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, sink and a mini-fridge, and a dining table with seating for up to 12.
Laundry Room: Yes, private laundry room.
Parking: Two-car garage with additional parking in the driveway
Air Conditioning: Yes, central A/C
Pets: Yes, up to two dogs allowed with a $500 non refundable pet fee
Amenities: Enjoy the lounge chairs to take in the sun or relax under an umbrella, putting green, a Bocce ball court, life-size chess board, and a basketball court in the spacious backyard with lush landscaping. If that is not enough, there is an indoor/outdoor ping pong table, corn hole, workout/yoga equipment, Concept 2 rowing machine, pool basketball hoop, and a sport court with quality basketball hoop and backboard!
