Starting December 4, 2024, Italian regulations require in-person identity verification during check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time (between 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM) in advance. Delays beyond 6:30 PM may incur additional fees, and check-ins after 10:00 PM will not be accepted.
We kindly ask for your patience with any service or equipment issues due to the remote location of Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may be extended. Heating is legally restricted from April 1st to November 8th.

Note on Location and Natural Surroundings
This property sits right on the sea cliffs, surrounded by the raw beauty of the Cinque Terre coastline. At certain times of the year — especially in spring — waves may carry to shore Velella velella (also known as “by-the-wind sailors”), small jellyfish-like marine organisms that are a natural indicator of clean water and a healthy ecosystem. Their presence may occasionally result in a mild organic scent in the air — a completely natural occurrence and in no way related to the cleanliness of the home. It is a rare and short-lived phenomenon, and part of the authentic experience of staying in such an unspoiled environment.
