Experience luxurious mountain living by the river at The Lodge at French Broad. This magnificent recent remodel boasts year-round mountain views, all-paved access, and tons of activities, including a game room and a 6-person hot tub. This private estate offers the ideal vacation rental home for family reunions and large groups looking to experience the best of the Blue Ridge!
You'll love the way this three-level home was built for entertaining. Favorite group features include three separate living areas, six TVs so everyone can watch what they want to, and a bath with a shower for every bedroom. Warm up by the gas fire with a stone hearth in the main level. For hours of fun, escape to the recreation room, where you can enjoy the pool table and ping-pong tables with the garage doors open to the driveway. Plus, there's a basketball hoop! To keep the kids busy, there's also a PacMan/Galaga game, a SuperChexx bubble hockey game, and a Pop-A-Shot basketball game. Preparing meals for the whole group comes easy in the spacious gourmet kitchen with island seating and a second beverage refrigerator. Two long tables, one indoor and one out on the covered deck, make enough space for group dining. Rocking chairs with a fantastic view invite you to stay awhile and take in the fresh mountain breeze. Nighttime is perfect for hot tubbing and stargazing at The Lodge at French Broad! What a better way to end each day than gathered around the fire pit area for evening conversation and marshmallow roasting. For a more intimate gathering, the lower level patio has a covered lounge area next to an outdoor fireplace. Retire to the sumptuous mail level bedroom suite, featuring a queen bed and double door access to the bedroom and the deck. The attached bath has an accessible shower featuring a no-threshold entrance, double shower heads, and a built-in bench. The lower level "bunk room" is popular with kids and the young-at-heart. If you ever get around to exploring beyond the estate, stop by The French Broad River that flows just below the house - there's a popular white-water rafting put-in just next to the bridge. The excitement is just beginning at The Lodge at French Broad, from here the mountains are your playground! Important Property Notes
• Please be aware the basement level fireplace is not for guest use. Only the main level fireplace is available for guests.
• 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan).
• During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
• Travel Insurance is Recommended. We strongly recommend CSA Travel Insurance to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as inclement weather, medical emergencies, or travel delays.
• Noise Ordinance and Property Boundaries: Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment.

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $175 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Coordinator from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.
