City Ferienhaus Daun in DaunThis large and modern holiday home is located in the centre of the beautiful small town and holiday resort of Daun, in the immediate vicinity of many sights and excursion destinations.the City Ferienhaus Daun was completely renovated in 2016 and completely refurbished and modernly equipped. It has 210 square metres of living space, 40 square metres of usable space and 2 quietly located outdoor terraces behind the house. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture. New: Large sauna for exclusive use in the basement! Internet / WLAN is available in all rooms (free of charge) and an ornamental gravel area has been lovingly and elaborately laid out in front of the house. The house and the outdoor areas are very attractively illuminated in the evening and at night in a play of colours with LED spotlights.the holiday home extends over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 14 people.it has a total of 6 separate double bedrooms, 3 of which are double bedrooms with an additional bed each (triple room).All bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor (3 bedrooms per floor), all bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds, 2 large bedrooms on the 1st floor and a third large bedroom on the 2nd floor, each with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and an extra bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m). 1 further bedroom on the 1st floor with box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and 2 further bedrooms on the 2nd floor with box-spring beds (1.40 m x 2.00 m).4 of the 6 bedrooms (the three 3-bed rooms and a smaller bedroom on the 2nd floor) also have modern washing facilities with mirror and make-up mirror.The holiday home has a modern and brightly designed and furnished living room on the ground floor with adjoining dining room, also with double sofa bed in the living room. Large seating area in the living room, large Ultra-HD TV with USB connection, DVD/Blueray player, cosy atmosphere thanks to a beautiful electric fireplace, ceiling fan with remote control, games etc. Dining room with extendable dining table for all persons, 2nd dining area in the kitchen, 2nd dining area in the living room. These are located in a garage, in front of the garage and in the free car park directly behind the house, and many sights and leisure facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, cinema, wellness or indoor hot water pool etc. are just around the corner, a large supermarket and 3 bakeries (also with Sunday sales) are only about 100 to 150 metres away and the 3 lakes are only 2 to 3 km away. Daun is considered the centre of the Vulkaneifel. Idyllically situated, the holiday resort of Daun is an excellent starting point for the many excursion destinations. You will find many leisure facilities and sights in Daun and the surrounding area. The 3 Daun lakes (Maaren) are only 2 to 4 kilometres away. You can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and many other water sports here. The Daun Wildlife and Adventure Park and the associated summer toboggan run are just 2 kilometres away. The world-famous Nürburgring race track is only about 18 km away. One of the most beautiful cycle paths in Germany, the Maare - Mosel cycle path (former railway line to the Mosel), starts and ends in Daun. Bicycles can also be hired cheaply in Daun. In the well-known tourist town of Daun, the volcano museum, the indoor swimming pool, many small shops and good restaurants invite you to visit. other sports and leisure activities : The Volcanic Eifel is particularly famous for its many maars (crater lakes).
