I spent several nights here for work. Apparently two days in a row my dog barked all day. I was not told. When I got to the hotel the second day an alarm was going off in the room causing my dog distress. Someone had added a "do not disturb" sign to the exterior door. No one bothered to call me and tell me that my dog was in distress or barking. 2 days! I had spoken to the owner before the second day and he did not mention it. I was right down the street and if he had taken time to be concerned about my dog's welfare he could have picked up the phone and called me. I would have told him she was in a kennel and he could have entered the room if he wanted to. I was not given that opportunity. The alarm was a very high shriek alarm which I'm sure was causing pain to my dog's ears. I'm not sure if pet friendly is the correct description for this location. Also, I was verbally reprimanded for leaving my dog alone during the day time while I was at work.
