Welcome to Duke 3! This charming 6-bedroom fully furnished home comfortably sleeps 14 guests in 7 cozy beds, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath for ultimate comfort. Enjoy the formal living room, have fun with the foosball table, relax in the sunroom, unwind in the hot tub, cook up a feast in the spacious kitchen, or have a nice barbecue — perfect for making lasting memories!

Located in a quiet neighborhood in East Point GA. This property is just 12 minutes from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport & only 20-30 minutes from Downtown & Midtown Atlanta, where you can find the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, & the Mercedes-Benz Stadium (all Downtown) & experience Atlanta’s finest restaurant & nightlife scene in Midtown. By being centrally located near the airport & next to major highways, many of Atlanta’s attractions are within a short commute away (i.e. Six Flags Over Georgia, Stone Mountain Park, etc.).

• Large private semi-inground pool (15 feet by 30 feet, & 4.5 feet deep) with lounge chairs (Only open/available in the summer months from May - September & not heated!),

~AMENITIES:
• Comfortable Beds: Each bed includes bedding and clean linens.
• Storage: Each bedroom includes a nightstand, and a dresser &/or closet to store your clothes and personal belongings.
• Towels: Clean bath towels & wash cloths (1 per guest) and hand towels in each bathroom.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Basic dishware/silverware/utensils, pots & pans, and kitchen appliances (microwave, kettle, standard electric coffee maker).
• Entertainment: 3 flat-screen smart TVs (streaming accounts needed), free Wi-Fi & high-speed internet.
• Convenience: Washer & dryer, iron, ironing board, and 1 hair dryer included.
• Limited Starter Supplies: Trash liners, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo & body wash, laundry pods, dryer sheets & disinfecting wipes.
• BBQ Gas Grill: Propane tank and BBQ tools provided for outdoor cooking.
• Included Utilities & Property Services: Power, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Service, High Speed Internet, Landscaping, Pest Control, Hot tub Service & Pool Service (if applicable).
~As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have 1 outdoor security camera on the front exterior wall facing the driveway/front door, and 2 outdoor security cameras on the back exterior wall facing the entire backyard, pool and hot tub. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside, and 1 outside by the back deck.
~PETS can get authorized only for reservations of 30+ nights with explicit approval by Management in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $500/pet (NON-refundable), some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see below) are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in a charge against your full Damage Deposit.
~POOL & HOT TUB ACCESS: The non-heated swimming pool is only open from May to September, while the hot tub is available year-round.
~MINIMUM STAY: This property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights.
~MONTHYL DISCOUNTS: Monthly discounts will automatically apply based on your selected dates for 30+ nights.
