North Captiva Island is only accessible by ferry, boat, or private charter. There are no cars on North Captiva Island - method of transportation on the island is either by foot, bike, or by golf cart.

Many days you will see Dolphins, Manatees, Tortoises etc. People travel from all over the World to Enjoy our Beaches, State Preserve, World Class Shelling, and Fishing! North Captiva Island is accessible by Boat or Ferries and is not connected to Sanibel/Captiva Island. Our main transportation when on the Island is by Golf Cart, Foot, or Biking. The Island currently offers 2 Restaurants, a Bar, and Boats and Fun Store and Gift Shop with Kayaks, Bikes, Golf Cart, Boat Rentals and Boating and Fishing Charters. SHORE TO PLEASE typically books Saturdays to Saturdays or Sundays to Sundays as available - 7 Night Stays! Yet, please inquire if you other check in days and times, or need extended stays or last minute or filler stays may be available!
During Non Season, Non Spring Break Weeks, Non Holidays we MAY also have 5 or 6 night stay minimums open, more flexible check in and check out days, or open due to other extended stay vacations. Please Inquire! All Guests will receive a Welcome Package and all guests will be required to sign and return Host Vacation Rental Agreement. This rental comes with 2 - 4 persons Golf Carts included. Guests over 8 will need to rent an additional Golf Cart at Boats and Fun on North Captiva Island. Please call Boats and Fun as far as possible in advance to reserve additional golf carts.
The Ferry to take to the island is: the 3PM "Island Girl Charters" to the Mainstay/Barnacles Dock on North Captiva Island for your 4PM Check in. Or to take the 5PM "Island Girl Charters". Check out is by 9 AM on check out day.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BOOK YOUR FERRY ASAP AS THEY FILL UP. PLEASE NOTE FERRIES RUN DAILY DURING THE DAY. PLEASE CHECK FERRY AND CHECK IN TIMES PRIOR TO BOOKING FLIGHTS ETC. IF ISLAND GIRL CHARTERS DOES NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY PLEASE MESSAGE US FOR YOUR OTHER OPTIONS.
