This spacious chalet features panoramic scenery of the surrounding wooded forest, including a screened-in gazebo showcasing birds-eye views of the property from above. Enjoy spending time on the new, 2000-square-foot outdoor entertainment area featuring an oversized fire pit, an eating area, a dedicated cornhole court, and a hot tub. The immense privacy of 4.5 acres allows guests to unwind and escape with hiking trails, lakes, public beaches, and more at your fingertips. This chalet comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open loft area. This unique A-frame home is outfitted with vaulted timber ceilings, exposed beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the outdoors in. The open floor plan features a spacious living area with a stone-wall wood-burning fireplace, an additional family room for movie watching and game nights, plush furniture, a dining area including breakfast bar, and sliding glass doors leading to an expansive outdoor deck and screened-in gazebo. The upstairs open loft and double bunk room are perfect for kids or additional guests. No need to pack cookware, as the kitchen is fully equipped and ready for arrival with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Just off the living and family rooms is an expansive private deck offering the perfect spot to whip up your favorites on the grill while enjoying a sundowner. An extension of the deck features a screened-in gazebo, providing a fully immersive experience into the natural surroundings, allowing guests to observe the unique wildlife the Innsbrook community offers. Wrap up your day sitting around the campfire, playing a game of cornhole or relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the nearby waterfalls and surrounding nature. Innsbrook's Tyrolean Trail and waterfalls are within a 5-minute walk through the woods just behind the treehouse.
