Special for 2024 - We are expecting 2 new foals on the ground this Spring! Though not uncommon here, it is especially unique that we are welcoming TWINS! Wait, it gets even better! These babies are truly genetic twins being carried by 2 surrogate mothers. A marvel indeed and an experience you and your family will not soon forget!
It is CRAZY how expensive these rentals are, right? The perfect vacation home is more affordable than you think! This modern 4,000+ SF home is located 3.5 miles from Sandbridge Beach and 8.5 miles from the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Situated on an operating equestrian property, this spacious home is equipped with all of the necessities and upscale amenities for your next vacation or group outing. How about a steam shower and hardwood sauna session after your beach day or work-out? Getting together for an event or much needed vacation? We know The Seahorse is the perfect home for your group because we've personally done it all there: Family gatherings, team and graduation parties, weddings, concerts and even church! The Game Rooms Offer Hours of Fun: Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, Games for Adults & Kids.

SANDBRIDGE
Welcome to Sandbridge Beach! You’ll be delighted to live the real beach life in this Southern Virginian community. Where wild horses still roam, dolphins play in the water, and the occasional sea turtle comes up to nest. Here in Sandbridge, you and your family can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Come spend your days relaxing on the beach while your children play in the waves on our lifeguarded beaches. Whether you’re looking for a new surfing, hiking, kayaking adventure, Sandbridge is the place to be. For a relaxing day, there’s lots of fishing, whether it be from the pier or the shore or crabbing in one of the inlets or the bay.
PETS
Pets are welcome at The Seahorse! Please ensure that you have added this to your reservation and let us know how many pets will be on site. The Fee is $150 for the first pet and $75 for each additional pet. Additional Pet Fee(s) where applicable will be added to your quote prior to the final payment due date.
ASSISTANCE
The Equine Innovations breeding stable is located in the rear of the property and the barn living quarters are typically occupied. On-site keepers and daily barn staff are available to you for assistance staging outdoor activities (horse-play, volleyball nets, etc). We hold your privacy with high regard, but love to make ourselves available to serve as needed!
WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT HOSTING EVENTS AT THE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY'S SHORT TERM RENTAL ORDINANCES AFFECTING OUR PROPERTY.
WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER ACCOMIDATIONS FOR 12 GUESTS MAX WITHOUT EXCEPTION. If your group's numbers should exceed this please check out another family-owned property for up to 4 guests,: The Sea\Board Suite, VRBO Listing #4968110.
