This lovely family property offers a private pool, hot tub, screened porch, and plenty of decks to take in the ocean breezes. You'll have a view of the ocean from the top-level deck, and it's just a short walk to the community beach access. The open layout on the top-level is perfect for conversation and fun, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking family meals. The whole group can play volleyball, cornhole, or basketball right on the property; walk over to the community tennis courts; and bike or drive the short distance to the restaurants and shops in Duck Village. If you have to check in to the office during your vacation, there is a desk/work space in each master bedroom. Have an easy week, making The Big Easy your home away from home!

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
