Black Swan Inn allows two pets of any size in designated rooms for no additional fee. Only Carriage House Suites 1 and 2 are pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and crated well-behaved pets may be left unattended in rooms. There is a grassy area on the property for pet relief.

Independence Inn allows dogs up to 40 lbs in designated rooms for an additional fee of $25 per night. Please note dogs cannot be left unattended. Due to insurance limitations, the following dog breeds may not stay at the Inn, regardless of weight: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Siberian Husky, Wolf, and/or wolf-hybrid. Sorry, no cats or exotic pets.

Tilton Inn welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Guests with dogs are permitted in one of eight pet-friendly rooms. Dogs may not be left in rooms unattended. There is no grassy area for pet relief on the property, but there is within walking distance. Cats are not accepted.

Lake Shore Farm Inn allows dogs of any size in designated rooms for an additional fee of $30 per pet, per night, plus a refundable deposit of $100. Sorry, no cats.
