Pet Friendly Campgrounds in Illinois

Fish Lake Beach Camping Resort allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $20 per pet, per stay. Both dogs and cats are welcome.

Cozy Camper is pet friendly! Dogs of any size are welcome for no additional fee. Cats may also be allowed by request.

O'Connell's RV Campground allows pets of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. Lofts are not pet friendly. Both dogs and cats are allowed, and pets may be left unattended in rooms. Dog treats are available at the front desk, and there is a grassy relief area with pet station on the property.

Kayak Starved Rock Campground welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $4 per pet, per night. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be leashed at all times on the property grounds.

Sankoty Lakes allows dogs of any size for an additional fee of $35 per pet, per night, plus a refundable deposit of $35 per night. Food and water bowls are provided in the room. Pet-sitting services are available for an additional fee. Sorry, no cats.

Starved Rock State Park Campground is pet friendly! Leashed dogs of any size are welcome in campsites for no additional fee.

Dogs are allowed at North Marcum Day Use Area, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle, and properly cleaned up after. Dogs are allowed at Springfield KOA, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. Dogs should be kept under control at all times, and are allowed in the cabins. Dogs are allowed at Hi-Tide Recreation, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle and under control at all times. Pets must not disturb others with their barking or whining, you must clean up after them, and they are not to be left alone in the Park. Pets are not permitted in the store, bathrooms, laundry room, pool, playground, lake, or sand beach (State Law). Any aggressive or noisy pets must be removed from the park.
