12 Oaks RV Park LLC Pet Policy Dogs (40 lbs and under) are allowed at 12 Oaks RV Park LLC, but they must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle, be attended to at all times, and be kept quiet. Pets must be cleaned up after, even in dog walk areas. Louisiana Law and Twelve OAKS R.V. reserves the right to exclude any pets if complaints are received.
