Handel's Homemade Ice Cream is a pet-friendly ice cream shop on the ground floor of The Gordon Lofts in Eugene, TX. They have a dog menu of frozen treat cups for Fido or "baby cones" are also popularly ordered for dogs. You can enjoy your desserts at one of the picnic tables in the plaza, but Fido will need to wait outside while you order. They offer 48 flavors available daily and more than 140 flavors that rotate seasonally.
