Bob Hartigan, the Bob in Bob Lobster, is a commercial lobsterman who has been hauling seafood for over thirty years. Not only does he haul his pots into his trawler off the coast of Plum Island, he also deep fries his fresh catch and uses it in lobster rolls, homemade crab cakes, chowder, and ice cream. Although, the ice cream isn't fish flavored or hauled from the sea.

The Ice House is open for food Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00am until 8:00pm and for ice cream until 8:30pm.
