Entry Requirements
Complete the following entry requirements to travel to Czech Republic with your pet:
- Pets must be identified with a valid microchip.
- Pets must be vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days before travel.
- Obtain an international health certificate from your veterinarian or a European passport (if you are traveling within the EU). The certificate is valid for four months from the date of issue by an official veterinarian of the exporting country.
- Pets must be accompanied by a written declaration signed by the owner or authorized person, certifying that the animal is not to be sold.
Quarantine Information
Pets being transported into Czech Republic are not required to be quarantined if they meet all the necessary requirements listed above.
