From entry into the lobby everything was guest friendly. Plenty of luggage carts, smooth check-in, clean room, outdoor green space for the dog. The breakfast was fine and plentiful even just 15 min before closing. I would suggest the addition of a pet waste container or bag dispenser.

My wife and I traveled to the area to visit friends and tour a Bible Museum. We brought our pup with us. The room was clean and the WiFi was fast. Breakfast was good as well. Noise was not an issue. The drawback is there is little green space, i.e. grass to walk the dog on. This hotel is pet friendly but not as pet accommodating as I wished.

We recently stayed at the Wyndham in Hurricane, WV while visiting friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We loved that the property had exterior areas stocked with doggy bags, which made walking our pup very convenient.The breakfast was your standard continental spread, but everything was fresh and ready when we needed it. The location is excellent—close to fuel, easy dining options, Walmart, and just a short drive to Charleston if you want to enjoy the downtown vibe. Special thanks to April at the front desk, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Her friendliness and attention made our stay even better. We’ll definitely come back and happily give this hotel five stars—or better yet, five bones! 🐶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great clean rooms. Great breakfast and clean common areas. They respect all guests but embrace well behaved dogs. I will be back. Abigail was fantastic helping us at the front desk.

Great downtown location, large room, and pet friendly. Good fenced dog run for guests well stocked for doggie clean up. The rooms were clean and well appointed. This location is close to Riley Hospital if visiting a loved one staying there. I traveled on business but I will come back for a family fun stay.

Check-in was smooth. Staff most helpful. Yet renovations were incomplete in our room. Floor had some loose pieces and walls were not sound proofed. We heard late night (after 11:30 pm) conversations. I’ll be back but will need to see room first.
