For pets, fine. Humans, not so much

We’ve stayed here twice now. Like the title says, good for pets but not for humans. If I could give this a “no bone” rating I would. First of all the manager here is SO rude. There are drug dealers and prostitution running rampant and shady people roaming the walk ways in the courtyard area. The pool looks like it hasn’t been serviced in a while. And god forbid you’re a little behind the 11am check out. They come banging on your door like the police screaming that they’re going to call the police. Literally no hospitality here whatsoever.

Our shower dribbled out and we had to work it around to rinse the soap off ourselves. I couldn’t even wash my hair while I was here because the water pressure was so horrendous. And I couldn’t even dry it because there was no hair dryer. There’s no iron or ironing board because they didn’t want people stealing it. So you had to go to the front desk for the iron. But no board.

For the people who don’t clean up their dog poop, this is the place for you. They don’t clean it up either. So expect it to be on your shoes if you don’t watch your step. It’s so great that they’ve raised their rates $20 a night for the absolute bare minimum. Basically, this is a super non friendly place to stay and I would HIGHLY recommend that you don’t stay here.

Great Motel 6

This was a great Motel 6. If you've done any traveling and trying to save a few bucks you’ve most likely stayed at one. If so, you know that the majority of them are just trash. But this one was not. It had a kitchenette with two electric burners, a full sized fridge and kitchen sink. There was a little dining table with a little booth and chair. The employees were great and helpful when we had a tv issue. There’s a Wegman’s near by as well as multiple places to eat. It was a perfect stopping place for us and the dog. I would definitely stay there again.
