We got in pretty late and they had us on a lower floor. I loved that the rooms had a wood/vinyl plank instead of carpet which made me more at ease. Also had an area out back set up for potty and a nice outdoor patio area to sit with your pet for fun or during breakfast.

Everyone was very friendly. We were greeted with doggie biscuits and staff acknowledged my pups almost every time we came through. They had a beautiful outside area to walk the dog with a waste station.
