Very friendly staff and animal lovers!

The entire property needs refurbishing. No dog bags at the waste station, last time dog waste can was overflowing the entire time we were there, rooms are clean but in need of many repairs, elevator went out of service for about 3 hours one day, hair dryer didn’t work, outlets are barely usable in room, Desk clerk refused to give me a receipt upon checkout saying I reserved on Booking.com, and that was my receipt. Sell to someone that wants to make a nice hotel. Have stayed here 5 or 6 times but this might be the last. Nothing friendly about the staff.

Rooms need updating. Nice view of the bridge and quiet. Not sure we’d stay again.
