It is pet friendly. I don't like walking through the main lobby where people are eating and hanging out with pets which is why I gave it an average rating.

Great location!!! The hotel staff was great!!! I dropped a star because my tub and shower wasn't clean. It had hair all over the wall of the shower and a dirt ring around the tub. I was traveling with pets and tired so I just ran out to grab supplies and cleaned it myself. Additionally, they had a security guy (or someone pretending to be security) who stopped me because he thought that I didn't clean up behind my dog (mind you he was watching his phone and laughing.. he was walking and very engaged with the phone). I nicely noted that my dog is a female and I explained that females have to bend to urinate. Other then that, I clean up behind my pets. Of course he could walk over to see that for himself. By the way, the outside areas of the facility was clean.

Nice staff!!!! Very good staff!!! The hotel is in a very seedy location. There are a lot of options to find to eat but the specific location is by an abandoned building & not positioned in a good area. The facility was clean. It was indeed old and "some" of the other guests were also seedy. Grounds were like the environment. I didn't like the space for potty use, it didn't look clean. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff!!!! Clean. Good spot if traveling with pets. Some of the local restaurants nearby (6 minutes) had good food. My only concern is that the ac/heating unit was weird - didn't work right. It warmed up considerably and the temp dropped low at night. Adjusting the temp in the room was wonky. I turned on the heat and then woke up cold and turn it off and on again - it took a while to start.

Slept well the shower head was so awesome! I felt like I was receiving a massage. There were good options for breakfast. Staff was nice.

I rated 3 stars for dog walking space and ... I reserved late. When I arrived, I waited a long time before someone to check me in. I had just moved and I was sore and exhausted. That 20-25 minute wait felt like 2 hours.

Good location. Especially if you are traveling with pets. Plenty of walking space for dogs. There was always coffee and tea available. There were plenty of options to choose from at breakfast. The grounds were clean.

I was there for Thanksgiving week.
I gave this 3 stars because my room was not cleaned at the last leg of my stay though I made sure to leave and remove my pets to have it cleaned. Also - the carpet in the rooms could use some real cleaning.
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with someone at the front desk on Thanksgiving Day and the Day after. All other employees including the front desk staff that checked me in were very pleasant and professional. Despite my negative experience, I do recommend.

I slept well. It was clean. Staff was cool - very friendly, especially the front desk guy. I would recommend & stay again if in the area. Especially, traveling with pets. Plenty of walking space with dogs.
