Don't ever double book by mistake. They will not pay it back. Most especially, the GM has the worst customer service skills. She will hang up in you and will not help you get your money back.

l thought Super 8 was a pet-friendly hotel but the staff treated us so poorly. First of all, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, would not allow us to take our dog through the lobby where there's an elevator and the room smelled. Folks, for all the worry they place on their lobby, their lobby is the most dated, uncared for and nasty-looking lobby. We've stayed in accommodations in Schaumburg where it was the same reasonable price but the lobby was air conditioned, staff welcomed our dogs and even if they gave us a higher floor, we could take our dog in the elevator. Please, Super 8, don't claim to be pet friendly if your hotels don't treat fur guests as if they are welcome, or fire your current staff who seem to think they own all of Super 8 as opposed to just acting like they are front-desk customer service people.
