I took a short trip with my golden retriever in June and after a visit to Bush Beans we went to have dinner at Margaritaville. when we was called the person seating us got rude with the girl taking names because she didn’t list having a dog and then treated us rudely. she seated us outside by the bar where apparently we didn’t have a server because the bartenders noticed after 20 minutes no one had checked on us for drinks in 90 degree heat and they also had to take our orders. it took over an hour to get our food and when we did it was incorrect. by the time we finished we were there more than 2 hours and my service dog laid in the same spot the whole. If it wasn’t for the bartender I wouldn’t even leave one bone review. I watched people with pets their get servers and be there less time. Highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe for pets. My dog had his own menu.

Loved the dog menu. My service dog was treated as if he was a person seated at the table.
