Awesome atmosphere
The Fishin' PigWe loved our experience at The Fishin Pig. The waitress brought over a bucket of water for our pup and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor area where we dined was grassy which was nice since most places are paved. They have picnic tables with umbrellas over them. There’s plenty of room for the pups to walk around the tables without interfering with others as well. We lucked out and had great weather and there happened to be a live band just setting up and started their performance when we were eating. Our pup also approved of the table scraps. The food was delicious. Go if you get a chance.
One of a kind
Fox & Parrot TavernThis place was definitely one of a kind. I have never seen a restaurant allow dogs in the dining room but that’s why we went. It’s definitely not an average place. If you’re looking for a fancy, foofy place to eat this is not it. It’s VERY laid back. Our waitress was super nice and she not only brought over a bowl of water for our pup but also brought him little Iams dog treats. The icing on the cake was when she asked if he wanted or is allowed to have someone’s leftovers from another table. Of course I agreed and she brought over a big plate of fish from a fish and chips meal someone hadn’t finished. There’s a first time for everything. Other than that the food was very good. If you enjoy eating out with your dog and don’t mind a little “rough around the edges” take a trip here.
Awesome place!
Pack's TavernWe loved this place. It was super dog friendly. My husband checked in and we walked around the side of the building back to a lovely outdoor dining room. It’s completely covered so no issues if it’s raining. The waiter immediately brought over a bowl of water for our pup. Everyone was very friendly. Another staff member, who was possibly the manager, came over to make sure everything was good and greeted our pup. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.
