Dog Friendly
Racks Bar and GrillRacks Bar and Grill was the only dog friendly food joint around in Ely so we tried them out. They had a nice size patio in the back in which you enter from the residential street at the back of the place. Food and service were good. I forgot to bring my dog’s collapsible water bowl so they gave me a to go container with water. This place is next to a nicely shaded park that we walked around after dinner.

Good service, food & location
Los CompadresGreat place for Mexican food! It’s right off the highway and it had a nice patio area with umbrellas for shade. The service was excellent! The staff brought out a water bowl for my dog and they would come by to check that everything was ok, which was nice that they didn’t forget about us. Our food was delicious as well. I got the verde burrito (lunch size) and my bf got the carne asada torta. Both were a good size portion too.
