This is a very nice no-frills facility for an overnight stay. The staff was efficient and friendly. Check-in was very smooth and the rooms were clean and cozy.

The room was clean, comfortable and located right on the parkway in pigeon Forge. A no-frills room for an overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay as the amenities are nil. The staff were efficient and friendly, check-in was smooth. Very pet friendly, we enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel.

Check-in was a nightmare! First off the motel was located in a very undesirable part of town. The smell of marijuana was prevalent and loiters were outside along the parking lot.. the desk clerk was clueless as to my reservation. Due to a glitch in their system, two of my credit cards were declined multiple times and I was told my reservation had been canceled. I showed the desk clerk my BringFido confirmation reservation and the issue was finally resolved the following morning.

I reserved one king room, two adult adults two pets for one night on the first floor. I did get the king room however it was on the second floor. To make matters worse the elevator was broken so dragging luggage up and down the stairs was exhausting. All the while trying to keep up with two of our dogs. All this after a very long day on the road. The room was clean, however towels were stained and dingy as were the sheets. A small chip of soap and ice bucket was the only thing provided. No cups.

Without doubt it was the worst overnight stay of our three-week vacation, and one more surprise. At checkout no one was at the desk. As we walked out to put the final things in the car a couple walked out and asked if we were checking out. I said yes and she said they were leaving and two just left the key on the desk as they were leaving. So apparently the front desk would be unattended until their return. Very unprofessional. I’ve traveled extensively and this is the worst experience I have ever encountered at a hotel. Would not recommend this facility to anyone at any price and would rate it lower if I could.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I highly recommend this motel. The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay.
