The hotel is nice, rooms comfortable, and love the town of Staunton -- cute shops, a great art gallery and lots of restaurants. That said, the beds are really high; dangerous if you have smaller dogs that are used to sleeping with you. Parking is extra (in a garage behind the hotel) and breakfast is also not included; $15 for a mediocre self-serve.

The room was great but the air conditioner sounded like a small plane engine. Other than that it was fine.

Easily accessible from 95, room was very comfortable and easy access to outdoor area for walking dogs. Only complaint was the noise level of the air conditioning

Initially we were given a room on the 2nd floor, but with 2 puppies that sometimes want to go potty in the middle of the night that can be a problem. We ended up with the perfect room on the 1st floor close to an exit door. The room was very comfortable and there was no pet smell. Would definitely recommend
