They want you to sign something saying you won’t let your dog on the bed or furniture. They charge a cleaning fee if you do.

We had to find a place to stay at the last minute due to an unfortunate set of circumstances. The staff here were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the accommodations were perfect for our needs (our pup sleeps with us). The bed was comfortable, room clean, breakfast good, and pet relief station had plenty of grass. We will return again.
