Overall not very impressed. My credit card got charged so many fees that I went up to the front desk and had to ask if I got double charged for the room. I was definitely caught off guard . There are a lot of hidden fees so be wary of that. It was a good hotel for the dogs though. Beds were comfy -sofa bed was absolutely horrible. Definitely only fit for a toddler or smaller child. Mattress is about 2 inches thick once you sit on it. Breakfast was nice but incredibly crowded! Huge lines! It might be the time of year that we went (late December).

The resort was out of complimentary dog bowls at the front desk, so they compensated me and I was able to buy them in the gift store. We stayed in a Cars suite. Honestly, it was the perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get all the things we need. Our room was on the ground floor, which made it very easy to let the dogs out.
