It's pretty old, missing ceiling tiles, rusted lamps, cracked bathtubs etc. The breakfast was tiny and not edible. BUT was inexpensive and we were able to bring 2 large dogs. We didn’t want to pay the $75 EACH price that Hampton charges. I wouldn’t go back but it did what we needed.
