Very run down. These Red Lion’s are wildly inconsistent. I stayed at one in Idaho that was about as nice as a Hampton Inn. This one is a dump. And the old lady behind the front desk has the personality of a wet dish towel and yelled at me when I tried to use a Visa prepaid card to pay for the hold charges. She has no business in customer service. I’ll be more careful before I book one of these hotels in the future.
