Stay Away!
Motel 6 Rocky Mount NCWe were looking for a pet friendly place in Rocky Mount after a long drive. Unfortunately all the pet friendly rooms were sold out at another hotel wit good ratings and at 11 pm I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel....or so I thought! The place was filthy, the bed linens were threadbare and the walls and doors were paper thin. There were other people and dogs in the motel who were talking loud, barking and playing music until 3 am. As a result, my dog was up “protecting” me from all of this. We should have slept in the car!!!!!

Amazing Place! Must Visit When In Richmond
Southern Railway TaphouseAfter a long car ride south Enzo and I wanted someplace dog friendly where we could take a relaxing dinner break. The staff couldn’t have been better! Amazing dog people as they all came out to visit with Enzo, bring him water and they even stayed with him while I cleaned up from the drive. By the way, the food was amazing! Stop by for a bite to eat, you will be glad you did!
