Great system for crowd control
Mac's Chatham Fish & LobsterHighly recommend! Beautiful place to get your seafood fix with your dog. Plenty of parking too. We got a menu, picked our outdoor table (with umbrella) then one went back into place orders and get drinks. They deliver quickly to table. We had fried Fish and Oysters. All was hot upon arrival and cooked perfectly.
A gourmet dog-friendly restaurant by the water
Riverside Cafe and DinerA 10 for service and food! Dog friendly breakfast places are hard to find and the food being cheftastic makes this a place to go to over and over again (in fact, we are) Three umbrella-covered tables are outside and they brought our dog a water dish with a bit of ice because it was warm outside. I had the Crab Cake Benedict with buttery home fries and will probably do so again tomorrow. Plenty of parking
Covered dog friendly dining area
Clam BoxCute and clean. We went for dinner just after after Labor Day and had clam strips and onion rings. The batter is light and fried perfectly. It's a lot of food. Recommend you share a platter, especially a box, then go back for more if needed as service is fast. There was plenty of parking and they supply extra large hand wipes, which all appreciate.
Hospitality and service a 10
MacGregor's RestaurantWe ate here because we heard they were dog-friendly, and had the seafood we wanted. The hostess was so accommodating. We arrived before a sold-out Friday event, but she found us an available table on their enclosed balcony. Highly recommend!
Atmosphere can't be beat
Purple ParrotHospitality and service a 10!Super-cute place. We went here, as we were touring Delaware, because they are pet-friendly. We were glad we did. As the hostess gave us a tour of all the outdoor dining areas to choose from, our dog (Popeye) checked out the watering bowls along the way. There were lots of shady tables. I enjoyed a crock of seafood gumbo and husband had to the mini crab balls. Since they weren't busy, the bartender came over to take our orders and check on Popeye's needs. It was the beginning of the off season so we were lucky to find a parking spot close by. Highly recommend, not only for the food, but for the atmosphere.
Great hospitality
Guppy's Restaurant & TavernDog-friendly on tented patios. They brought out water in a to-go container for Popeye even though we didn't ask for it. Hospitality and service was a 10! Our server was great, but the hostess was impressive. It was a super-busy Sunday evening, but employees were constantly checking in and I felt bad that we didn't need anything else. Ordered the mussels and you get a lot. Plenty of parking in back. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back.
