I have an old English Sheepdog who adores exploring & adventure
Plenty of space for your pup, accommodating staff, & great location.
This trail is amazing! Dogs must be leashed. I believe the best spot to get on is at the Walker’s Mill entrance off Noblestown Road. Plenty of parking with trash cans right at the start of the trail (in case your dog 💩 early on). The trail is crushed limestone. Warning: you will take a lot of it home in your shoes😂. There is a dog park along the way, trash bins, & a small creek. There are also a few trail walks off the normal path. Rudy loves to take a break in the creek! There is a ton of grass on one side of the pathway for dogs to sniff or go potty in. About 3 miles down the trail is Hellacon Brewery which is also dog friendly! This is a great trail! It is easy, a straight shot, & offers beautiful scenery. Rudy & I frequent it often.

This place is an awesome spot for dogs! There are always a dozen or so dogs hanging out with their owners! Everyone is super kind, welcoming, & respectful of having your dog with you. Dogs are even allowed inside if it is rainy or you grab a drink from the main bar. I love this place!
Due to Covid 19 they’ve recently become dog friendly with their massive outdoor patio! Their patio is fake grass with picnic tables & umbrellas. They’ll bring your dog a cup of water but you may want to bring a portable bowl or something more useful to put the water in. Nearby are a couple of plants & mulch to go potty in (it’s not a huge area). This is a great bar & restaurant! Hopefully they keep the outdoor space open once Covid is over because otherwise dogs usually are not allowed. Check it out while you can!

Great dog park with an easy location/access. My dog loved this park

Great Riverwalk with plenty of little restaurants that are also dog friendly. Highly recommend!!

This is my 2nd time staying at the Deerfield Marriott. They are hands down the best hotel to stay at with your pup. They are extremely accommodating, friendly,

I took Rudy here on a weekend during a lunch rush. The staff was so friendly, accommodating,

Great place to stay with your furry friend! Clean rooms

My dog loved strolling thru the park! He was able to meet a lot of dogs

I’m an out of towner

Huge park with lots of space for dogs to play in their own groups! There were lots of groups playing which kept things peaceful

My dog really enjoys this dog park. I like it because it’s smaller (easier to watch your dog). I also like that it’s pebbles because he doesn’t get quite as muddy. When it’s warm enough there is a water pump with a bowl which is great! Plenty of poop bags & trash cans. Easy location & in a safe neighborhood. Often times there are a lot of regulars there. Some of the dogs / owners can get a little wonky and because of this I do not go here on the weekends. That is the only negative I have with this dog park.

This place is awesome! There are two separate spaces for large vs small dogs. Tons of space for the dogs to play & run. There’s plenty of room for different groups of dogs to play without worry of congestion or overcrowding. Plenty of bowls for water. Lots of toys. Everyone was extremely friendly & kind. It was about 20° when I went. I was apprehensive because of how cold it was I didn’t think people would be out. But there were about 10 dogs there! Highly recommend this place!!
