Good human food, tight spot go the K9
Metro DinerPatio is covered and had plastic windows. A bit warm. Tight space in a popular spot. You will be lucky to find a comfy spot for Fido unless they don’t mind being walked over. I found the fried chicken in any variety to be scrumptious.

Kafe KokopelliCovered patio with 6 tables. Dog water available. Quite lunch spot with a nice walking area. nearby.

Make sure you go to this part of the trail head.
Gainesville-Hawthorne State Trailnice trail. make sure to follow directions in this app. or you will wind up in the middle of FL deep woos. paved path also has access to a waterworks facility built in 1898, nice spot for Fido photo shoot.
