Small, dirty, unkempt, and an overall bad place to take a dog.

Went here for a few nights because it's only an hour from our home and wanted to get away. We picked this hotel because pets were welcome. Yes, pets are welcome, but it is so inconvenient that we won't be returning. There is absolutely no grass. Not a single blade. We ended up going across the street to a private residence where there was a foot wide sliver of grass with signs that said no dogs peeing in my yard please. There was no other option. Pet friendly, but if your dog has to pee or poop, you're out of luck.

The size of this park alone is phenomenal. The lawn is always well manicured. I have a 15 pound puppy and if there are larger or rough dogs it's easy to spread out and get away. I tend to go in the afternoon on weekdays and am usually the only person there. The bad reviews that talk about the behavior of other dogs aren't valid. You can't rate a dog park based on dog owners inability or unwillingness to control their dogs. That is no fault of the park. Definitely recommend 100%.
