

Between a responsive BringFido customer service staff and a call I made, I have still not heard from the motel’s manager regarding a request for a refund.

I have stayed there before. Price for one night 25% increase in fees. Room was not cleaned well. Counter tops soiled, corners of carpet not vacuumed. I had a service dog with me. Given a room for differently abled adults. Uncreative accommodations for over $200 for a single night. Air conditioner loud, refrigerator had a strange noise, too. Disappointed is an understatement. This used to be a well kept, clean, polished place.

Cleanliness poor, blankets were polyester and not warm enough for winter use. Heating system loud, no upgraded digital plugins. No grassy areas that I could see specific for pet use.

In lieu of nearly all on the road-travel lodging this particular La Quinta gets things right for humans and pets alike. Clean, clean, clean from the moment I entered it’s double doors in the lobby to my room, exercise/Lottie area for canine travel buddies, the fitness room to the dining area. The design and layout a plus! Ask for additional blankets if there during winter months. Personally prefer those over the quiet heating system. Saves on resources. Kudos to the pleasant, hard working staff!
