This is a beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Eugene and we were blown away by how comfortable the room was (bed is to die for), how warm and friendly the staff was, and how much our pups felt welcome. We loved every minute of our stay and hated to leave. The area is really fun, the room is extremely comfortable and quiet (they thought of everything!) and we will definitely go back in a second. You can’t do better than this beautiful property. There was a ‘dog potty’ area less than a block away, and a small enclosed area to let your pup run around a bit as well. We have stayed at many really great hotels over the years and this one is at the top.

Wonderful, friendly staff, plenty of places for pups to potty. Truly felt like our pups were welcome. Room service was awesome and the bed was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We brought out 2 Corgis with us for an overnight stay during our road trip. They were very accommodating and kind to our boys. We had a room on the first floor so we could take the boys out easily. They peed on some trees on the sidewalk and there was a little grassy area at the end of the block but we didn’t need to use it. The best part was the room service! No need to pick up food while my hubs stayed with the boys, which after a long drive was so very helpful. The food was hands down incredible. Breakfast was delivered at 0630 so we could hit the road early. This hotel is in town but they do have ample parking underground. We appreciated their kindness after an 8 hour drive. Everyone was super nice.

The staff was so kind and gracious, and the room was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of places to potty outside. We have never traveled with our dogs before and had a really positive experience.
