Our stay was great, we had a patio with a slider that went right out to the river trail, great access for our dogs. The front desk was great, they gave us a treat bag for our dogs at check in.

The hotel room itself was decent, they put us all the way in the back of the the hotel at Wing C, we were surprised by a scary homeless man with his face covered yelling at us and blocking the door with his shopping cart as we were trying to enter the building. We finally got in the building and to our room, it was very close to the back entrance, the creepy guy stood in front of our room window, the curtains were open when we entered the room so he knew where were. I did not feel safe, I called the front desk and they said they would have security come down there. There was a person in plain clothes that went out and tried talking to the guy for a long time. I needed to take my dogs out later, my husband and I both went out, the security person was still trying to talk to the guy slowly walking him away from the back entrance. It felt like the hood, I would not stay there again. I did not sleep knowing someone was right outside my window. The front desk did not check with us after I called, they are either used to it or do not care. Do they not have cameras to monitor their hotel for the safety of their guests? Should be 0 bones.

We stopped over for one night with our two black labs. Bridgette at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. I asked her for recommendations for dinner, she gave me a list of options and recommended The Wild Mare, she said the chef was excellent. We went to The Wild Mare, the food and service was superb! Thanks Bridgette! There weren't any pet fees and there was a nice park next to the hotel to walk the dogs. This was a great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location across from a nice park with walking trails and dog park. The hotel was really nice. The only thing was the bed was very uncomfortable; you could feel the springs and the bedding was scratchy.
