We reserved a room with a king size bed four months in advance. At arrival, we were told only a pull out couch was available. Good news though - they would send up bedding for us! We made our own bed. It was lumpy and back pain inducing. No black out curtains. just gauzy thin white material. No eye masks or anything to block out the city lights. They couldn’t “do anything to help us” since booking through BringFido and that apparently means Aloft holds zero accountability for their inability to not overbook.
