Separate small and large dog areas with agility equipment
Love's Travel StopOur pups loved this stop because of the seesaw and dog walk ramp. The small and large dog areas are connected but separated by a gate inside that could be opened if you wanted a bigger area. Dog/human water station is located at the front but was not working due to a recently fixed water leak (as told by the kind maintenance man). The doggy bag stand was empty (I assume because they had just opened the area that day since the leak was fixed). There were a lot of dog droppings from previous owners so it is always good practice to keep your own bags on hand when traveling with Fido :)
Outside brunch
SawMill GrillSeated outside of the front of the restaurant where they have about five 4-seater tables. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff which upon request brought us a styrofoam bowl with water for pup. Amazing food with very affordable prices. Will absolutely be back again both with and without pup.
Perfect stop!
Davis Travel Center Dog ParkClean and stocked with doggy bags. Great off-of-the-highway break for our pups to stretch their legs. Grateful for the 2-gate entry system for extra security into the fenced in area.
Fun and accommodating!
Bad MonkeySunday brunch on the outside upper level balcony. Balcony was opened up for us because we brought our pup. We brought toys for him and our waiter brought us a to-go box filled with water for our little one when I asked. Great service, food, drinks and location which made it easy for us and our pup to enjoy the outing.
Favorite place to bring pup!
Island Wing Company Grill & BarCalled ahead and confirmed pet friendly. Upon arrival, I left my partner with pup and greeted hostess asking for outside seating and that we had a dog. We were provided with fresh water ( fresh water bowls were provided already outside ). Ordered the beef, broccoli, and rice bowl (in a dog bowl) for our pup. Large portion for only $6, just had to let it cool off a tad. Menu states pups are not allowed on patio furniture so we sat at a 4 seater table and let ours hangout beneath the table and within leash range. So happy to have a pet friendly place we can sit outside and enjoy our time! Attached pup menu and food bowl in pictures.
