4.5/5. I wish we were staying longer, will definitely be back. They have valet or self park, valet is only about $10 than self and parking is on-site which is nice. They have a bar and grill and you get a free drink during happy hour 4-5pm. I purchased the breakfast for $7 a person and what a value -- highly recommend. Thought it was a buffet but it's a separate bodega from the bar and grill and you get to choose off the menu and the sandwich was awesome and huge.
The staff throughout the hotel was super friendly. They have a few games in the lobby too -- shuffleboard, foos ball and a few video games. Lots of seating and several elevators. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the pet relief area, but it wasn't bad. There is a small astroturf out front that is covered then go diagonal across the street and there is grass to use. The room was good size.

Wow, almost every other guest we encountered had one or multiple dogs! Very pet friendly. There is plenty of grass around the hotel for pet relief, which is always an issue in downtown areas. They have a restaurant/bar which is in the lobby so the pets are welcome as well. The valet parking was only $22 a night compared to $68 a night we paid in Nashville! The pet fee was only $50 for up to 2 pets, which is lower than most places. I picked this hotel for the low parking rate and low pet fee and it did not disappoint. It was off downtown and the river by a few blocks, but was walkable for us. Plenty of restaurants to choose from around town. I really only heard a truck once being its right off the highway, so it was pretty quiet. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. I didn’t give it 5 bones only because the rooms were on the smaller side so with the crate and all our stuff, it was tight. We also were woken up a few times by chimes from the church and other noises which were siren like, could have been for the crosswalk for the blind. Also, you cannot get the luggage rack all the way to the car because of stairs, so we had to make a few trips. When we checked in we were given bones for the dogs and offered beds for them but we had our own. The staff was super friendly. Valet parking is expensive so if you can find an alternative lot of garage it would be cheaper. There are patches of grass across the street we used and it was perfect for quick potty breaks and then they have a few grassy areas and dog parks in walking distance for them to run around. We really enjoyed being so close to Broadway and the river to walk around, it was very convenient. Would stay here again.

They were so welcoming to my two Frenchie's....we had trouble getting to our table without all the employees coming up and loving on the pups. We were seated and they brought water for me and the pups with a back up craft.. this location mostly has high top tables. It's very beachy and lends more to the night life. Great for drinks and usually some live entertainment.

I have been lots of places with my Frenchies and they were so welcoming. They brought a good bowl full of water right away...even before our hooman drinks. There are very few pet friendly places on Clearwater Beach despite having many patios....this is disheartening to me as I grew up here. On top of being pet friendly, the food was delicious too. If you want dinner...I suggest the north location. If want a night life the south location is great. We went to both. The south location we couldn't get to our table without everyone loving on our dogs. We are staying at the Marina on our boat.

It is a pet friendly hotel but the pet relief area is tiny (in basically the alley) but it's a patch of grass and they have dog bags to pick up after your pet and a can to dispose of the waste. The free breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best I've had at a hotel. We chose this hotel because the parking garage is right there at the hotel. This is downtown so it's what you get with a downtown hotel. Overall we were very pleased and will stay here again. Very convenient. Reminded me of staying in New Orleans or Ybor City in Tampa, FL with the trolly cars. There was a lot of construction and lots of revitalization. Right off Beale St. And very close to where the Grizzles play. I don't know if the lady who checked us in was fond of dogs but everyone else seemed to be.

There are not many pet friendly places in this area and we were very happy to bring our dog here. The food and service was great. There is bar seating outside, table seating and Adirondack seating as well with small fire pits if the weather is cool. I brought my own water for my pup so I am not sure if they would provide it but I’m sure they would if you asked.

The best thing about the hotel was the pool and we didn’t even get to use it. They are working on renovations. LVP flooring in the room was good, old carpet in the hallways. The stairwell smelled like pot. There is no real good place for the dog to do their business. I felt like the area was a little less desirable, although I expected to hear the Highway and I did not. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was ok - terrible coffee, great waffles.

We called at 9pm on the way and booked the room from the website and reviews. I think the reviews were probably a little generous or maybe I'm spoiled. The free breakfast was good, the website says ground floor for people with pets but we got a 2 floor and there is no elevator. Plenty of space for pets to relieve themselves. The rooms have been renovated but you can tell it's older. The bed was comfortable. They have several buildings on the property. I would stay here again though. I would probably have given more bones if we were on the ground floor. They have easy access in and out with sliders to take pets out. We were in the middle on the second floor but it's probably our fault.
