Don’t come in summer
We drove 2 hours to get here only to last 2 hours on the beach. We couldn’t even sit in our chairs or stand without constantly moving and swatting flies. They are bad and they hurt! Our dog was also covered in them and also scratching/nipping/shaking constantly to get them off. The flies ruined our time here we were so aggravated we couldn’t enjoy a day at the beach! Parking was easy, space was nice, have to watch out for the people fishing but overall the flies were so bad we had to leave.
