When we had to go to Phoenix for my husband first chemo treatment that landed him in the hospital for three days. And when we tried to get our money back or a voucher for the days we paid for and were unable to check in and use the room, we were told no. I did get in touch with BringFido and they to tried to get a refund or voucher and they were also told no by hotel. The Assistant Manager commented on my original post on TripAdvisor about this and asked me to call. But when I called I was told the exact same things by their front desk staff. Talk about adding insult to injury. I will never stay here. $500 mistake. It’s a shame that Mayo Clinic does such wonderful things, yet this place is money hungry and doesn’t take into account of emergency cases. I would choose zero bones but it won’t let me.
