Great experience for both humans and dogs!

My partner and I took our dogs Sammy and Latrice on a tour in the clear kayaks. My dogs are medium dogs that weigh 17lb and 30lbs, which met the company’s 35lb weight limit. My partner and I had to have one dog on each, which was good considering the dogs moving around and throws off your balance.

Liam was our guide and he was super kind and great with the dogs. He made sure to check that every dog was comfortable and that all humans could keep at a good pace. My crew did the 1130a tour and the lake got choppy and rough around 1230p. Liam constantly checked in to ensure everyone felt safe and remained inside the kayaks.

My dogs were a bit nervous once the lake got choppy. Once I slowed, the ride felt much smoother and reduced my dogs anxiety; they felt comfortable enough to stand on the kayak’s edge.

Overall, it was a fun experience and I would definitely bring my dogs on another tour.
