Sketchy area

They had no clue nor much interest in accommodating my pets. They had grass spot to walk, but no safe play to let pets run and most of the time there were groups of people sitting around the door on the ground drinking alcohol so it didn’t feel very safe to come and go. Outside doors were equipped with key card entry but didn’t work and anyone could walk in. Most of hotel had an unpleasant smell to it. Room was not ready by check-in and when I did get in the door lock was very difficult to get into and took multiple tries each time. Hotel is obviously old and run down and in need of much repair. Staff was only adequate. They did their job but didn’t seem in a hurry or excited to be doing it; not very friendly or welcoming. Would only recommend if you have low expectations. Pool area was ok but needed cleaning and updating.
